Refunds and Returns Accepted
After receiving the item, you have 14 days to contact us for a refund or return
Refunds will be given as: Money back or replacement (buyer's choice)
Return shipping will be paid by buyers
There are no restocking fee charges
RETURNS & WARRANTY:
1. A full refund will be given only if the item received is significantly different from the listing's description excluding color differences. If you feel this is the issue, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the package and we will try to work out a resolution that is agreeable to both parties.
2. We must receive any returned item(s) in its original condition with retail packaging/tags/cards within 14 days from the day that our return instruction are provided to you.
3. Defective items must be noticed within 3 days of the date you received it. DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory. Buyer may be asked to send us a picture of the DOA/defective item in order to get a replacement/credit.
4. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. (We will responsible for all shipping charges if the error is made on our side.)
5. Item(s) returned and found not in original conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories will be returned at buyer expense.
6. Please allow 3 to 7 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
