Overview

Wazzey is a new and improved social way to buy and sell your items. If you follow all of these general Policies and Regulations you are unlikely to be affected by any rule or policy enforced by Wazzey.

  • Users must provide Wazzey truthful and accurate information at all times. You are expected to be truthful and accurate when entering information into the Wazzey marketplace. Listings should be truthful and accurate. This includes but not limited to images, inventory, and prices.
  • Sellers should make sure all transactions (including delivery) are handled as fast as possible, Users expect to get their items as promptly as possible. You can accomplish this be fulfilling transactions quickly while using reliable and efficient shipping methods.

Website Registration

All information provided during registration must be true and accurate. If there is any information about your account that is inaccurate your account will risk being deactivated.

Each entity (company or person) may have one registration only. Multiple accounts will risk deactivation of all accounts.

 

Payments and Fees

You will need to have a PayPal account confirmed to list and sell items. You will receive all payments directly from the buyer into your PayPal account for each sale.

Wazzey takes a 10% fee from all sales. This fee is automatically calculated from the total sale of the item including the shipping cost. In order to list and sell on Wazzey you will need to accept our Monthly Billing Agreement through PayPal. On the first of each month, your amount due for the prior month is automatically deducted from your PayPal account. PayPal is a safe, convenient way to pay your Wazzey fees.

 

Listing Items

All information provided during listing items must be true and accurate. If there is any information about your item that is inaccurate your item will be deleted and your account will risk being deactivated.

Listing Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited by Wazzey. You must agree that your actions and/or listings on our website shall not:

  • Be false, misleading or inaccurate in any way
  • Be fraudulent or involve in the sale of illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items
  • Infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy
  • Violate any laws, statute, ordinance or regulation
  • Be defamatory, harassing or threatening
  • Be obscene or contain pornography or child pornography
  • Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other computer programming routines that may damage the website and users or steal data or personal information
  • Link directly or indirectly to anything that is prohibited under these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy, the Terms and Conditions or any other documents and guidelines that are posted on Wazzey and or Mobile App

It is prohibited on Wazzey to sell fake, counterfeit, replica, or knock-off items. Items that bear an official brand or logo of a manufacturer that were not lawfully made by, for, or with the consent of such manufacturer are also prohibited. Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited by Wazzey.

It is prohibited on Wazzey to sell replicas, "no brand", "look-a-like" or "inspired-by" pieces, and any merchandise that resembles designer items. If any of these items are listed, sold, or reported to us the seller will be penalized through our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.

In no way can your item listings, images or text infringe on the Intellectual Property of others. This includes, but is not limited to: copyright, trademarks, and patents. If we determine in our sole discretion, that you are infringing any intellectual property, or selling any prohibited or counterfeit items, you agree that, without limiting any of Wazzey’s rights under these Terms and Conditions or at law, Wazzey may in our sole discretion cause withdrawals to you to be withheld or forfeit and/or suspend or terminate your selling privileges.

To ensure counterfeit items are not listed and sold along with protecting the intellectual property rights of others, Wazzey has implemented the WACCI program. This allows any brand or intellectual property right owner to directly notify Wazzey about any issue there are with any items being listed and sold on Wazzey.com. Even though the responsibility is of the sellers, Wazzey wants to 100% comply and help the fight against counterfeits. Please see our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy for more details.

Sellers will be required to accept returns on prohibited items along with being responsible for the return cost of shipping.You may not list any item on Wazzey or make any transaction that, by paying to us the final value fee, could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates the Terms and Conditions.

Listings are not allowed to refer users off Wazzey. If a listing encourages this, the user risks his account being deactivated.

Listing duplicate items on Wazzey is prohibited, If a hop lists more than one items that is identical, the user risks hisitem being deleted and/or his account being deactivated.

 

Restricted Items

Before listing your item, make sure Wazzey allows the sale of it on our marketplace.You will also need to make sure that the sale of your item complies with all laws. Restricted items are not allowed to be sold on Wazzey or our Mobile App without exception. See the Restricted items below:

  • Adult Only Items
  • Alcohol
  • Animals and wildlife products which include live animals, mounted specimens, ivory, etc.
  • Art that is not your own or you are not authorized to sell or resell
  • Artifacts, any grave-related items, and Native American arts and crafts
  • Catalytic converters and test pipes that are prohibited
  • Cell phone or any type of wireless service contracts
  • Charity and fundraising items and listings
  • Clothing that is used and has been worn as an undergarment including underwear, jock strap, etc.
  • Contracts of any kind
  • Counterfeit currency and stamps
  • Coupons
  • Credit cards
  • Currency
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia of any kind
  • Electronics equipment which include cable TV de-scramblers, radar scanners, traffic signal control devices or any other illegal electronic equipment
  • Electronic surveillance equipment which include wiretapping devices, telephone bugging devices, etc.
  • Embargoed goods and prohibited countries which include items from Cuba into US, etc.
  • Event tickets that violate any laws
  • Firearms, weapons, and knives which include pepper spray, replicas, stun guns, military items, etc.
  • Food and healthcare items
  • Gift cards
  • Government documents, IDs, and licenses
  • Government, transit, and shipping-related items which include airplane operations manuals, subway employee uniforms, U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mailbags, etc.
  • Hazardous, restricted, or regulated materials which include batteries, fireworks, refrigerants, etc.
  • Human remains and body parts
  • Importation of goods into a company it is restricted which include DVDs, CDs, etc.intended only for distribution in a certain country
  • International trading of any kind
  • Items encouraging illegal activity which include an eBook describing how to create an illegal narcotic, etc.
  • Lock picking devices
  • Lottery tickets
  • Mailing lists and personal information
  • Medical drugs, devices, and healthcare which include prescription drugs, contact lenses, pacemakers, surgical instruments, etc.
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid, matrix programs, etc.
  • Offensive material which include ethnically or racially offensive material, Nazi memorabilia, etc.
  • Pesticides
  • Plants, weeds and seeds that are on any restricted list
  • Police-related items
  • Political memorabilia and reproduction of
  • Postage meters
  • Prescription drugs
  • Prohibited services that are illegal or break any law
  • Real estate
  • Recalled items
  • Slot machines or any gambling related items
  • Stamps
  • Stocks and other securities
  • Stolen property and stolen items
  • Surveillance equipment
  • Tobacco and tobacco related items
  • Travel Related Items and Packages

 

Advertising, Marketing and Promotions

By listing and selling on Wazzey, we may or may not advertise, market, and/or promote your listings randomly as we see fit. We will use any outlet to do such that we see fit which includes social media outlets. Your photographs, prices, details, and any other part of your listings are subject to our use when we advertise listings.

 

Fulfillment of Orders

Orders must be fulfilled promptly and accurately and delivered with haste. This will be a priority in shops withdrawing their funds as soon as possible. Orders must be shipped out within 7 days of purchase date. If a user has multiple occurrences of not fulfilling orders or late shipments, they risk the deactivation of their account.

 

Refunds and Returns

Users are 100% responsible for all refunds or returns on any order they have fulfilled or have failed to fulfill through Wazzey. Since all transactions are between buyer and seller, refunds need to be done directly through PayPal.

Users can use PayPal's Resolution Center for any return, refund, or dispute on any transaction.

If a shop has a high refund or return rate, they risk the deactivation of their account. Wazzey in no way will be held responsible for any refund or return.

 

Customer Service

All customer service and support is to be taken in a high regard and handled by the seller. Wazzey does no handle customer service or support for any listing.

Customer abuse is prohibited and not tolerated on Wazzey. Any abusive behavior or language to any Wazzey user will risk the deactivation of your account.

Asking a customer to pay outside of Wazzey is strictly prohibited. If Wazzey finds any indication a seller has done this, we will deactivate your account immediately.

Directing a customer off Wazzey is prohibited and will risk the deactivation of your account.

Asking a user for personal information such as payment information, email, etc. is strictly prohibited. This will lead to the risk of account deactivation.

 

Account Deactivation and Suspension

When you account becomes deactivated the following occurs:

  • Your account access is restricted
  • Your Shop is deleted
  • Your shop listings are deleted
  • You can not open another account with Wazzey
  • Your account balance will be withheld for 3 months and can be withheld permanently for severs violations
